Fractional Chief Digital Marketing Officer

FlyLuxury, a premium travel agency specializing in discounted Business and First-Class airfares, is seeking an experienced fractional CMO to lead marketing strategy, elevate brand presence, and optimize customer acquisition across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing growth strategy aligned with FlyLuxury’s sales and branding goals.
• Oversee paid media, social media, SEO, and email marketing performance; ensure strong ROI.
• Manage and refine the marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion.
• Collaborate with CEO and sales leadership to align marketing campaigns with revenue targets.
• Supervise agency partners and internal marketers (PPC, SMM, content).
• Optimize CRM integration, automation, and analytics.
• Strengthen brand consistency across platforms and ensure compliance with advertising policies.

Requirements:

• Proven success in marketing leadership within luxury travel, aviation, or high-ticket sales sectors.
• Strong background in digital performance marketing (Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ads).
• Experience scaling B2C lead generation and managing cross-functional marketing teams.
• Analytical mindset with focus on CPL, CTR, MQL%, and ROI.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Availability for 10–15 hours per week on a fractional basis.
