Stratan Inc. is looking for a reliable and experienced Fleet Manager to join our team. If you have at least 2.5 years of verifiable experience in managing trucks and drivers, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our trucking operations, with a focus on the following key areas:

• Roadside Assistance: Coordinate and manage roadside assistance for company vehicles to minimize downtime and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Maintenance Recording: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including scheduled services, repairs, and inspections.
• Ordering Parts for Repairs: Efficiently order and manage inventory for replacement parts, ensuring timely availability for repairs.
• Dealing with Factory Warranty and Extended Warranty: Handle factory and extended warranty claims, working closely with manufacturers to maximize coverage.
• Open and Manage Claims: Take charge of insurance claims and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Minimize Company Costs for Repairs and Maintenance: Implement cost-effective strategies to minimize expenses related to repairs and maintenance while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
• Keep Tracking and Assign Units to Company Drivers: Utilize tracking systems to monitor the location and performance of company vehicles, and assign units to drivers as needed.
• Work Environment: The position requires a balance of office and remote work, with a 50/50 split between the company office and a home office.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience as a Fleet Manager.
• Strong knowledge of trucking industry regulations and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using fleet management software and tracking systems.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

• Salary starting at $3000 per month, with the opportunity to increase to $3500 based on performance and achievements.
