Experienced Car Hauling Dispatcher

We’re expanding and looking for a highly experienced Car Hauling Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. If you’ve got the skills, the drive, and at least 2 years of proven dispatch experience, this is your chance to earn well and grow with a company that values results and professionalism.

Your Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly and effectively with drivers throughout the day.
- Analyze the U.S. car-hauling market to secure top-paying loads.
- Strategically plan and build efficient, profitable routes across the country.
- Negotiate with brokers to maximize profitability.
- Maintain excellent support and coordination to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a car hauling dispatcher (non-negotiable).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of U.S. geography, freight rates, and lane dynamics.
- High stress tolerance and fast, solution-oriented thinking.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Punctuality, responsibility, and full commitment to the role.
- A mindset focused on results, growth, and long-term success.
