Key skills for success in this role:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian

Would be a plus:
- Experience in Support or Customer Car
- Experience working with telephony systems
- Ability to quickly digest information and communicate it clearly

What you will be dealing with:
- Working on a schedule (4 days a week) - Mon, Tue - 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Sat-Sun - 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
- Providing telephone support to company customers on issues related to the mobile application and system (which helps organize and record their working hours in accordance with established rules).
- Consulting customers via email, analyzing requests, providing detailed instructions on how to use the application and system functions, and resolving individual situations.
- Working with the company's internal systems to verify customer account information, analyze user actions in the application, and provide recommendations on how to keep records correctly.
