E-Commerce Customer Support

We are looking for German-speaking candidates who will support an E-Commerce platform by dealing with customers worldwide.

We offer:

• Salary 650 - 800 EUR (netto);
• 7-hour workday;
• 1 hour lunch break;
• 2 coffee-breaks 15 min.;
• Office in the center of Chisinau.

Responsibilities:

• Handle e-mails, ensure consistent productivity & quality of service and maintain customer satisfaction;
• Respond and resolve promptly to customer inquiries and complaints;
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests.

Requirements:

• Proficient in German (written and spoken level B1-B2);
• Basic skills in Word, Excel;
• Able to multi-task;
• Strong team player with commitment and a positive attitude;
• No experience needed because we will train you;
• The ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or propose a solution to a customer's problem.
