Key Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and recruit qualified drivers through multiple channels (job boards, referrals, social media, etc.).
• Maintain close communication with potential candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Russian (B2+)
• Strong knowledge of the current logistics and driver recruitment market
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in logistics or transportation recruitment (preferred, but not required)
• Working schedule is Monday to Friday from 15:30 to 00:00
