Digital Marketing & Email Specialist €1000 NET/month

We're hiring a Digital Marketing & Email Specialist to build high-impact email campaigns, optimize automations and scale international brands with data-driven marketing. Competitive salary €1000 NET/month, full package of benefits!

What You’ll Actually Do (Day-to-Day):

• Email Marketing & Automation (100% focus, this is your core job)
• Plan, build, and execute AI-enhanced email campaigns and push notification journeys for multiple international brands.
• Create email templates and continuously test them to optimize performance.
• Set up automated flows, segmentation logic, predictive campaigns and A/B testing to increase engagement and conversions.
• Manage and maintain email lists and segmentation to ensure precise targeting and healthy list performance.
• Support reporting and analysis of key campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update the email marketing calendar to ensure timely launches aligned with promotions and brand objectives.
• Collaborate with graphic, content, and sales teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.

You're Perfect If You:

• Have 2+ years of practical experience in digital or e-commerce marketing, specifically in email marketing as a required skill.
• Are independent, proactive, and able to take full ownership of the email marketing function.
• Have strong experience with email campaign platforms (AWeber required; other platforms like Klaviyo, etc. are a plus).
• Know how to work with AI marketing tools (for copy, segmentation, predictive analytics, or personalization).
• Think analytically, interpret data confidently, and make fast, data-driven decisions.
• Write clear, persuasive, brand-aligned copy with excellent attention to detail.
• Enjoy working with multiple brands, testing new ideas, and optimizing performance at scale.
