- Lead and mentor a dynamic digital development team, ensuring best practices and quality delivery;
- Be hands-on in the full software development lifecycle — from design to deploy;
- Write clean, testable, efficient code in Java (bonus if you know Kotlin or Swift!);
- Design robust components that follow architectural standards and performance goals;
- Launch enterprise and mobile applications integrated into complex internal systems;
- Work hand-in-hand with QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders;
- Bring modern solutions to the table — cloud-ready architecture, microservices, and scalable code;
- Empower your team — coach, support, and grow future tech leaders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar;
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience, with 2+ years in technical leadership roles;
- Strong backend chops in Java EE, and experience with frameworks like Spring MVC, JSF, GWT;
- Bonus: Experience in Kotlin (Android) or Swift (iOS) is a major plus;
- Solid understanding of OOP, software architecture, testing, design patterns;
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, GraphQL;
- Git, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD — you're fluent in them all;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills;
- English — an advantage (we’re going global).
