Digital Content Designer & Developer

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Content Designer & Developer to craft innovative, engaging digital learning experiences. You’ll transform traditional content into dynamic e-learning solutions that inspire, inform, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development: Create interactive modules, videos, animations, microlearnings, podcasts, gamified experiences, and mixed reality content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Synthesia, and HeyGen.
Visual & UX Design: Develop intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that enhance learner engagement and experience.
Content Management: Maintain and update existing learning assets, implement user feedback, and ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
Collaboration: Partner with learning designers, SMEs, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure cohesive, high-impact learning experiences.
Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects with accountability for timelines, quality, and delivery. Monitor progress and report on key milestones.
Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in digital learning. Experiment with new tools and methods to boost interactivity and engagement.

What You Bring:

Degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience in digital learning design and development
Expertise in authoring tools, multimedia editing (Adobe Suite, Powtoon), and basic web technologies (e.g., HTML)
Creative flair with a user-centric mindset
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative teams
