DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer

Are you passionate about building reliable, scalable, and high-performing systems? As a key member of our tech team, you’ll ensure our infrastructure runs smoothly, manage automated CI/CD pipelines, and support development teams in delivering outstanding products.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00

Responsibilities:

• Build Reliable Infrastructure: Design and maintain infrastructure that supports growth, minimizes downtime, and keeps our systems running at peak performance.
• Leverage Infrastructure as Code: Use tools like Terraform or Ansible to automate provisioning and management, making infrastructure smarter and more efficient.
• Manage Cloud Platforms: Deploy and optimize cloud resources on AWS, Azure, or GCP to ensure scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Streamline CI/CD Pipelines: Maintain smooth, secure, and fast deployment pipelines that accelerate software delivery.
• Automate Everything: Reduce repetitive tasks with scripting and automation, freeing up time for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor & Optimize: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to proactively maintain system health.
• Ensure Security & Compliance: Apply best practices in network security and compliance while managing firewalls and other critical infrastructure components.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with developers, QA, and IT teams to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the overall software lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or system administration roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on automating workflows and optimizing systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Travis CI.
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, and compliance best practices.
