JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving and processing external requests for data provision.
Exporting and verifying data from internal systems and CRM.
Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of information before delivery.
Preparing reports and documentation related to the provided data.
Collaborating with the legal department, security team, and data owners.
Following internal procedures and standards for handling confidential information.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Experience in a Data Analyst, Security Officer, Data Governance Specialist, or similar role.
Understanding of data fundamentals: distinction between categorical and numerical data, structure, and formatting.
Ability to work with large volumes of data; proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data processing and analysis tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with information.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks while handling multiple requests simultaneously.
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (for communication with international partners).

Would be a plus:

Experience working with legal or financial data.
Understanding of information security principles and personal data protection.
Experience with access control systems and internal information handling policies.

Обязанности:

Получение и обработка внешних запросов на предоставление данных.
Выгрузка и проверка данных из внутренних систем и CRM.
Контроль точности, полноты и целостности информации перед передачей.
Подготовка отчётов и документации по предоставленным данным.
Взаимодействие с юридическим отделом, командой по безопасности и владельцами данных.
Соблюдение внутренних процедур и стандартов по обращению с конфиденциальной информацией.

Требования к кандидатам:

Опыт работы в роли Data Analyst, Security Officer, Data Governance Specialist или аналогичной позиции.
Понимание основ работы с данными: различие между категориальными и числовыми данными, структура и форматирование.
Умение работать с большими объёмами данных, знание Excel, SQL или других инструментов для обработки и анализа.
Внимательность к деталям и аккуратность в работе с информацией.
Навыки организации и приоритизации задач при работе с несколькими запросами одновременно.
Владение английским языком на уровне Upper-Intermediate и выше (для взаимодействия с международными партнёрами).

Будет преимуществом:

Опыт работы с юридическими или финансовыми данными.
Понимание принципов информационной безопасности и защиты персональных данных.
Опыт взаимодействия с системами контроля доступа и внутренними политиками обработки информации.
