What You’ll Do:
- Resolve customer requests via chat and tickets.
- Keep CRM records and Google Sheets up to date.
- Report technical issues and customer feedback to managers.
What We’re Looking For:
- No Experience? No Problem! We are ready to hire and train the right person. Experience in customer service or 24/7 platforms is a plus, but not required.
- English: Good written English and communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ready and willing to work a rotating schedule (including day and night shifts).
- Mindset: An analytical and creative approach to solving problems.
