Concierge Agent (rotation / US Market)

We are currently looking for a Concierge Agent (Rotation) to support our US-based clientele. In this role, you will provide high-touch, concierge-style assistance to VIP travelers, handling hotel bookings, destination-related requests, and payment arrangements while ensuring an exceptional customer experience during overnight hours.

This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working evening shifts, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering premium service to high-end travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level support to VIP and high-end travelers in the US market
• Handle hotel reservations and related travel services based on client needs and preferences
• Close hotel sales from generated and inbound leads
• Secure payment arrangements via phone and online payment portals
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to fulfill client requests
• Research availability and competitive rates for top destinations when required
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and booking platforms
• Manage multiple client requests simultaneously while prioritizing urgent and time-sensitive cases
• Ensure a consistently high level of customer service during night shift hours
• Learn and effectively use internal systems and new technologies

Qualifications & Skills

• Ideally, prior experience in the travel industry (concierge, travel agent, hotel reservations, or related roles)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (min B2)
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on VIP clientele
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Confident in handling stressful and time-sensitive situations independently
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and sales skills
• Internet savvy with strong research abilities
• Solid working knowledge of world geography and major destinations
• Adaptable, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Assertive and persistent approach to successfully close sales
• Willingness and availability to work evening shift ( 3PM-11PM/ 5PM- 1AM) aligned with US time zones
