About the role
The System Engineer (SRE) will work in an Operations team responsible for IT system surveillance, server deployment, patch management, incident management, and automation. Common collaboration will be with the Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other team members. The main objectives will be releasing new systems and software, scaling and upgrading current systems, and ensuring high uptime requirements. Some of the projects the team is working on right now.

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer L2 who will be mainly in charge of providing operational support for tickets escalated by Service Desk teams. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and offer support for the client's internal strategic business applications and infrastructure.
