Billing Specialist

At TVA Logistics, we take pride in delivering fast and reliable transportation services for both refrigerated and dry freight across the U.S.
As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Billing Team and looking for a dedicated professional to join us.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in English
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Experience with the U.S. market (a plus)

Your Role:

• Accurately process bills and invoices
• Verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with drivers and dispatchers via email and phone to resolve billing issues
• Analyze and resolve pay discrepancies
• Utilize basic systems and software programs
• Generate invoices efficiently
