B2B Sales Manager – Construction Sector (EU, focus on Sweden)

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new clients within the construction sector across the EU, with a strong focus on Sweden.
• Promote RVBuilding & Recruitment OÜ’s recruitment and workforce support services.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, project managers, HR managers, procurement heads).
• Develop tailored proposals and commercial offers based on client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities in the EU construction market.
• Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the construction, recruitment, or related industries.
• Strong network and knowledge of the EU construction market (Sweden is a big plus).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven personality.
• Fluency in English (Swedish or other EU languages is an advantage).
