Audit Senior Consultant | Chisinau Office

Who we are looking for

• Solid accounting knowledge, with strong practical background
• Professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent) in progress or completed is a strong advantage
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in financial audit (Big 4 or similar environment preferred)
• Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with audit/data analytics tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI) is an asset
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving and team collaboration skills
• High level of integrity, commitment to quality, and client-oriented mindset

Your future role

• Work closely with our clients to understand their business, industry, risks and internal control environment
• Take ownership of planning and executing audit procedures in line with ISA and firm methodology
• Supervise and coach junior team members, ensuring effective teamwork and knowledge sharing
• Identify risks and propose practical recommendations for clients
• Deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines and budgets
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement through use of technology and best practices
