Hey Roger Smith Dispatch Company is a fast-growing leader in the dispatch and logistics industry.
We’re looking for a Dispatch Manager with strong experience in Amazon Relay to join our team and build, train, and lead group of dispatchers managing a fleet of 20 Trucks at start.

Role Overview
The Dispatch Manager will oversee daily operations of our Amazon Relay accounts, manage and grow a team of dispatchers, and ensure loads are booked efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dispatch operations for Amazon Relay accounts.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a group of dispatchers to ensure top performance.
• Develop structured training programs for dispatchers.
• Lead by example and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth.
• Book and optimize loads to maximize carrier revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon Relay policies and performance standards.
• Monitor load boards, market rates, and KPIs to stay competitive.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally with carriers, shippers, and Amazon.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Amazon Relay dispatching (required).
• Minimum 2 years in a dispatch management or lead dispatcher role.
• Experience in training or team development strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of trucking regulations, ELD compliance, and load board navigation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a remote team.
