Ищем опытного Account Receivable Specialist, который будет отвечать за своевременное получение оплат от брокеров и полный контроль дебиторской задолженности. Основной инструмент работы — телефонные звонки и деловая переписка для уточнения статусов платежей, обработки задержек и решения спорных ситуаций.

Основные обязанности:

-Ежедневные звонки и коммуникация с брокерами
-Контроль сроков оплат и обновление статусов
-Работа с дебиторской задолженностью до её полного закрытия
-Подготовка и отправка документов, необходимых для получения оплат
-Ведение платёжного реестра и взаимодействие с бухгалтерией
-Урегулирование спорных ситуаций и эскалация задержек

Требования:

-Опыт работы минимум 1 год в AR / Collections / Accounting в сфере trucking
-Уверенный разговорный английский
-Отличные коммуникативные навыки и уверенность в переговорах
-Внимательность, структурность, умение работать в TMS или аналогичных системах

We are looking for an experienced Account Receivable Specialist to manage payment collection from brokers and ensure full control over accounts receivable. This role involves frequent phone communication, payment status follow-up, resolving delays, and handling disputes professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

-Daily phone calls and communication with brokers
-Monitoring payment deadlines and updating statuses in the system
-Managing accounts receivable until full resolution
-Preparing and sending required documents for payment processing
-Maintaining payment records and coordinating with the accounting department
-Handling disputes and initiating escalations when necessary

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 year of experience in AR / Collections / Accounting within the trucking industry
-Strong spoken English (daily calls with brokers)
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work with TMS or similar systems
