Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key accounts in the logistics sector, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure that clients receive top-quality service
• Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns that arise
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for logistics-related matters
• Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize their supply chain
• Forecast revenue and track progress towards goals, presenting regular reports to management and key stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with clients and colleagues to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics account management or related roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with logistics software and technology, such as warehouse management systems and transportation management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organization
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
