Необходимо добавить пару новых фишек в существующий плагин

There is this wordpress plugin:
WP ERP
It contains 3 modules (ERP, HRM, Accounting)
It functions within "admin area" wordpress framework.

The HRM module supports vacation management for employees.
I need 4 changes with leave management:
1) Plugin supports booking full days vacation. Need to allow booking 0.5 days as vacation as well. I see making these fields with 1 day on screenshot editable to support 0.5 vacation.
This wil require also updating the MySQL table table structure, as there it's set to accept integers only

2) Currently the vacation approval has to be done by person with HR Manager access rights. I need it to rather be approved by Employee's direct manager (or team leader), not the HR Manager.
Thus when Employee click "Send Leave Request" the email is sent to his direct manager/team leader (the info already available in the database) instead of HR Administrator.
The Team leader, currently doesn't have access to Leave view. So to approve it, we'll need to enable "View/Approve Leave Requests" to managers and team leads, but to display there ONLY the employees that report to them directly. No others.

3) It runs on wordpress admin panel. I'll need to add there some very simple design customizations. Like adding a logo, removing some components. For example removing the Birthdays and vacations box:

4) I'll also need to modify the reporting panel. To be able to customize the report extracts to excels instead of those charts there:
