WEB-GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job description will include the following kinds of tasks:
Brainstorming on creative direction and mocking up design ideas
Executing on a brief and/or draft wireframe
Collaborating with project stakeholders and adjusting designs to fit their needs
Projecting schedules and meeting deadlines
Working with others, such as programmers, developers or other technicians, to complete the final product

Successful candidate will have to demonstrate:
Artistic ability and creativity - Knowledge about design elements, such as color and composition (e.g., toward the formulation of a 'brand book').
Usability and optimization - Experience how to organize an e-commerce website that allows for ease of use and navigation
Technical Skill - 4 years of experience with state-of-the-art software design programs.
Communication Ability -Graphic design requires the ability to effectively present ideas--both verbally and visually. You'll need to be able to sell your ideas to project stakeholders and work with them to achieve the end product they want.
Organization - Graphic designers need to be organized in order to meet deadlines.
Problem Solving Ability - Graphic design requires abstract reasoning skills. Choosing just the right fonts, colors and lines to create a balanced composition, while simultaneously conveying meaning, is complicated. The chosen candidate will have strong problem solving skills and love a good challenge.
