Freelance Web Designer is needed for various web projects
Entry Level to Experienced Candidates Targeted for this Position.
The perfect candidate should be to date with all latest web design trends and technologies and willing to innovate. We're looking for a designer that knows how to use their tools and can produce complete website designs
We want a self-starter – a candidate who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction. The ideal person is a brilliant problem solver, quick study, and excellent communicator who possess a passion for great user experience and the ability to achieve it.
Working language: Romanian, Russian, English
Duties:
Communicate design concept for approval
Selection of full web compatible typography standard for project
Create design textures, decorations, buttons, and icons
Layered and commented PSD designs
Qualifications:
1. Design Sense – Must be aware of the elements of design as well as the basic design principles.
2. Reference/Tools – Candidate has created an industry support network and is familiar with innovative web tools for designer productivity.
3. Software – Expert Adobe Photoshop. Must have expert experience with all tools and functions of Adobe Photoshop. Adobe Illustrator experience
4. CSS – Strong foundational knowledge of CSS and CSS coding standards. (note: other team members will perform CSS coding based on your design)
5. HTML, JavaScript/AJAX/iQuery knowledge as it relates to potential page aspect or functional designs
Experience:
Ready to show us what you've got? We want to see some recent examples of website or app designs where your skill was solely responsible for the deliverable or creative. If you've got some examples where you created derivative works from existing concepts or templates be sure to let use know what you started with and what you created.
Your Needs:
Please include your minimum startup 5 - 20 hours per month rates as well as ongoing (full time) work rates or salary requirements with your resume.
