Web designer

We’re an Australian company that finds Philippines based virtual assistants for other Australian companies and we’re looking for a new web designer to join our team. You’ll work from home, talking with us on Skype from time to time and more often with our copywriter that lives in Romania.

We’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience working for a digital marketing or design agency, creating layouts for websites, Facebook apps, landing pages, newsletters, print materials
- A strong foundation in design fundamentals and photo manipulation
- Enjoys coming up with new ideas and cares about the BPO industry trends and developments
- Has strong communication skills (English)
- Extensive experience working with Photoshop and Illustrator
- Isn’t afraid to admit to not knowing how to design something
- Passionate about great work and open to receiving feedback

The job to be done:

+ Create layouts for online marketing campaigns (newsletters, landing pages, static banners, web pages, social media content) and printed materials (letters, brochures, flyers)
+ Redesign pages on remoteworkmate.com for increased conversion rates
+ Design a completely new layout for remoteworkmate.com that will help customers understand BPO easier
+ Edit stock photos to be used on our own social media channels
+ Create branding materials for our own digital assets
+ Design PowerPoint presentation templates
