Our partner is the largest and most experienced global expert in foreign affairs and technology for diplomatic missions and governments worldwide. The primary goal of this role is to facilitate the visa application process and manage operations at our center.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing visa applications and data entry in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Collecting and verifying documents and passports at the visa application center
- Coordinating the handover of passports between the government, couriers, and applicants
- Managing postal applications
- Managing customer inquiries in person, via email, and over the phone
- Successfully resolving customer complaints
- Collecting fees and handling cash
- Preparing reports for daily transactions

What We Offer:
- Net monthly salary: 600 EUR
- Location: Moldova, Chisinau, Str Mihai Eminescu 70, of 202. Eminescu Residence
- Fixed-term employment contract for a period of 12 months (with a 1-month probation period)
- Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm, in-office  (one hour break)

- Fluent knowledge of English and local language
- Advanced use of MS Office.
