Villa manager & gardener in italy, tuscany

Requirements:
• Maintaining the villa and the territory tidy and clean
• Work experience as a groundskeeper
• Care for olive trees
• Fluent Italian, English
• Computer skills (Excel), communication with the office
• Politeness, goodwill, neatness
• Willingness to examine all particularities of the building
• Driver's license

Responsibilities:
• Care for the territory and the garden,
• Lawn mowing,
• Pruning of shrubs and olive trees,
• Care for two dogs (Central Asian Shepherd).
• Repair work in the house and on the territory (plumbing, electrics, general construction works). Reporting of monthly expenses to head office.

We can use your wife if you can:
• Housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, ironing (steam generator), care for VIP clothes,
• Cooking simple dishes for breakfast,
• Laying the table.

Conditions: We offer accommodation on the villa
Individual schedule: it is made up of daily tasks (housekeeping and preparation for visits of guests).
