UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative graphic designer with excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and up-to-date knowledge to interpret our client's needs and to design solutions with high visual impact.

Responsibilities:
- Design compelling and consistent digital and print creatives with the marketing team.
- Work on logo designing, promotional campaigns, illustrations, brochures, pamphlets, print ads, and much more.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline.
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Amend and format existing images using Adobe Photoshop.
- Drive online engagement with social media design trends.
- Improve the existing ad creatives and other designs.
- Work both independently and in cooperation with the team.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

The ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years of professional hands-on experience;
- Intermediate level of English, sufficient for working with documentation;
- Work experience in the company, style, knowledge of programs: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe InDesign, Flash;
- Knowledge and experience in web design, UI/UX Design, Figma, HTML, Adobe After Effects will be an advantage;
- Ability to quickly understand and explain the ramifications of design decisions;
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions;
- Strong at developing and conveying ideas clearly in a written and visual format - making business concepts and data visually engaging.
