Truck english speaking dispatcher

The primary responsibilities of the dispatcher have to efficiently manage multiple drivers at a time and fix problems as they arise.
The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming internal and external customer phone calls, exercising judgment within specification of standard practices
- Handle complex customer queries and complaints;
- Work in the software transport management system.
- Resolve a wide variety requests, which include gathering additional information, setting expectations and working with other support organizations.
