Truck dispatcher (us market)

With more than 3 year of logistics experience on the US market we are looking to expand our business with our own fleet. DS Truck Investment is a leading choice for fast, efficient, and dependable transportation solutions throughout the USA.

We are looking for a detail-oriented truck dispatcher to dispatch our drivers to customer locations. In this role, to ensure success as a truck dispatcher, you should exhibit extensive experience in dispatching trucks and the ability to work under pressure.

What we need from you:
- Ability to work with load boards such as DAT, TRUCKSTOP and CENTRAL DISPATCH;
- Effective negotiation with brokers to reach best possible deals for our drivers (RPM and Gross);
- Work with RC on behalf of our customers, sharing info via Google Workspace or other platforms;
- Effective communication with brokers, drivers and other parties involved in Load movement process;
- Route planning in order to minimize expenses for our transportation company (tolls, HOS etc);
- Communication and support to our drivers if and when needed;

We are looking for:
- Experienced dispatchers (at east 1 year);
- Strong knowledge of DAT, TRUCKSTOP and CENTRAL DISPATCH;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Planning and time management;
- High IQ level person, problem solving skills;
- Attention to the details;
- Fluent in english;
- Multi tasking skills;
