Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate drivers for timely deliveries.
- Manage Power-Only (PO) and VAN trucks and ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor shipment statuses and maintain dispatch records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems quickly.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in dispatch/logistics.
- Fluent English (Turkish is a plus).
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Familiarity with dispatch software, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of trucking regulations and industry standards is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 18:00 PM - 4:00 AM in local time.
