Training Manager

We’re Hiring Training Manager!
McDonald's is looking for a motivated individual with a passion for developing talent and supporting growth.
You’ll progress step by step - starting as a Crew Member, moving into the role of Manager Trainee, and eventually growing into a Training Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring new managers, new crew members, as well as current team and management staff.
Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor training programs for new and existing managers and crew members.
Conduct training in both restaurant and classroom settings, ensuring staff development and organizational growth.
Regularly identify and analyze training needs within the organization.
Support team members with coaching, feedback.
Learn all areas of restaurant operations.
Manage and motivate team members to deliver great service.
Listen to calls/webinars from the corporation and implement and review what you learned.

Qualifications & Skills

Training or teaching background is preferred.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Positive, hands-on approach to learning.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
