Training assistants wanted

MIT-Center (https://mit-center.eu/) is a Moldovan NGO fighting for ensuring the young generation their right of access to education based on cutting-edge learning programs and technologies. We’re looking for young enthusiastic people eager to contribute to development of hybrid education in Moldova and courageous enough to dive into new things and approaches.
Requirements:
- enormous interest in digital learning content design is essential;
- IT or Pedagogics educational background;
- organizational skills (time-management, team communication, planning);
- fluent English is mandatory;
- instructional design skills (ability to create impactful learning content and to design teaching courses) would be an advantage;
- experience in teaching and working with LMS would be an advantage;
Responsibilities:
- assisting the coach in teaching and managing the learning process;
- participating in training programs design and imrpovement;
- creating and improving digital learning content (under coach’s supervision);
