Trade Marketing Manager
Location: Chisinau, Moldova
Responsibilities:
-Development of trade-marketing strategies (promotion in point of sales strategy)
-Trade-marketing strategies realization and implementation
-Coordination of trade-marketing strategies with Sales and Marketing strategies
-To own and manage the Retail Activity Calendar and Trade Marketing budget in line with Trade-marketing strategies to achieve company targets in terms of volume, value, share and profitability
-To focus on getting info at related Shopper Insights to make decisions on proper selections of promotional tools, directions of investments into the channels
-To investigate the source of additional potential to grow
-To develop effective planograms and merchandising standards
-To develop and implement special training and educational program of merchandizing standards for sales team
-To monitor and report on competitors’ trade promotions and other type of activity
-To develop and foster close working relationships between Marketing and Sales, to ensure maximum results in-store on all planned activity
Requirements:
-Higher education (Economic, Management, Finance)
-Knowledge of English and Russian
