Trade Marketing Manager

The company:
A multinational fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) company

Responsibilities:
•is responsible for ensuring company’s Trade Marketing policy implementation in the assigned area.
•to plan and organize trade marketing activities and resources allocation in order to achieve company’s business objectives, by coordinating a team of 6 people
•is responsible for developing a good working relationship with the distributor’s team

Qualifications & Experience:
•University degree, preferable in Economics;
•Minimum three years of experience in Sales or Trade Marketing;
•Strong customer relationship building skills & customer oriented abilities;
•Very good communication & negotiation skills;
•People management experience;
•Proactive attitude;
•English - medium level; Romanian and Russian - proficient level;
•Good MS Office skills;
•Driving license.
