Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by handling ticketing, reservations, and passenger requests professionally and efficiently
Process refunds for delayed or cancelled flights
Answer passenger questions and resolve concerns in a friendly and helpful manner
Handle customer complaints calmly and constructively, escalating to a supervisor when necessary
Stay updated on flight schedules and changes, informing passengers when needed
Deliver high-quality service over the phone and build long-term customer relationships
Requirements
Availability for night shift work
Strong English communication skills (B2+)
GDS knowledge (Sabre) and experience in the travel industry
Prior experience in the same role
Strong problem-solving skills
Empathy and customer-oriented mindset
Attention to detail
