POSITION PURPOSE: Contribute to growth of PMI volume and market share and ensure continuous territory business development, through product flow optimization, effective coverage, portfolio support and efficient allocation of available resources on the assigned territory.

REPORTS TO: District Supervisor
LOCATION: Cahul, Moldova

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
# Conduct retail census on the assigned territory and propose, develop and implement territory business development plans and initiatives aligned with District and overall Sales & Distribution strategy.
# Following up on defined trade segmentation guidelines and coverage principles, develop, propose and agree on optimal coverage scheme of the assigned territory. Ensure appropriate allocation and cost-effective utilization of trade programs and key account budgets.
# Consult designated trade on optimal stock levels and product rotation; recommend most suitable purchase patterns and link customers to the best supply sources in order to secure achievement of objectives with regards to handling, out of stock, availability and pricing of PMI brands.
# Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of customer needs and seek for expert support from relevant functions. Establish and maintain positive, productive and mutually profitable business relations with management and personnel of the designated trade and Distributor's sales force on the assigned territory, by providing top quality services.
# Plan, propose and agree on number of required cycle-related temporary POSM items. Initiate, agree and implement customer-specific activities thus contributing to the growth of customers’ satisfaction and strengthening loyalty to PMI brands. Provide regular and constructive feedback to relevant sales and marketing functions on sales cycles’ execution.
# In a thorough and accurate manner collect and update on a regular basis all required information at designated supply chain. Analyze territory related information and initiate corrective actions to address gaps, in line with territory development plan.

REQUIREMENTS:
# University Degree: higher education
# Overall Experience: at least 2 years of Sales Agent / Merchandiser is a plus
# Specific Experience: Sales
# English – pre-intermediate
# Russian – fluent
# PC skills - MS Office
