*Responsible for relationship management, performance and accurate implementation of strategic initiatives
*Manage the staff and operations of our call center, building a strong team culture and high quality performance
*Set performance standards and goals to meet revenue, quality and call volume quotas
*Responsible for the ongoing success and development of potential, operations and efficiency, call and sales quality
*Track, monitor and analyze results of telesales efforts Prospect new business and act in a larger company planning capacity
*Ensure the execution of the strategic sales direction
*Collaborate with management team in creating an actionable business plan meeting or exceeding the sales objectives for the market
*Provide daily leadership, related staff training, outstanding coaching and support on tactics and techniques to enhance sales productivity
*Collaborate cross functionally with other functions in the business, including customer success, technology, finance, sales, human resources and administration
*Complete and provide reports including accounting reports, calendar activities, sales calls, etc.
*Report directly to the Company Director
