Technical Writer

The company:
Foreign company specialized in logistics and distribution services.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain documentation for employees;
• Complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology;
• Review published documents and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, methods of reproduction;
• Select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate the material;
• Do research, read journals and other material to become familiar with the logistics sector;
• Observe developmental activities to determine the operating procedure and details.

Qualifications & Experience:
• At least 2 years of equivalent or related experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in English Philology, Translations or related field;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
• Flexible and able to work within tight deadlines;
• Strong research skills and ability to understand complex technical information;
• Computer literacy (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe FrameMaker, etc. are a plus).
