Flyplay is seeking a qualified and motivated Technical Representative to support its CAMO operations for four A320 aircraft in Eastern Europe (with base in Chișinău, Moldova) currently operated under an ACMI contract. The selected candidate will act as the local technical liaison between Fly Play CAMO and the contracted Part-145, ensuring continued airworthiness and maintenance quality oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the on-site CAMO representative for Fly Play in Chișinău.
Conduct regular technical inspections of the aircraft to monitor the quality of maintenance performed.
Ensure compliance with Fly Play’s airworthiness standards and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with the local maintenance providers and client representatives to address technical and operational issues.
Support defect monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical follow-ups as required.
Report findings and technical status to Fly Play’s CAMO in a timely and structured manner.
Assist with work package reviews, aircraft records, and physical audits.
Participate in maintenance planning and coordination during scheduled downtime or AOG situations.
Requirements:
Valid EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance License, or equivalent.
A320 Family (CFM or LEAP) type rating is mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in line or base maintenance and/or technical support.
Sound knowledge of EASA Part-M/Part-CAMO regulations.
Fluent in Russian/Romanian (spoken) and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and reporting skills.
High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Right to work in Moldova.
Desirable:
Previous experience as a Technical Representative or CAMO support role.
Experience working with ACMI operations or international operators.
