Job description:
We have an immediate position opened for a full-time system administrator who will be able to build physical architecture for our Calling Center client that will be capable of 100% run-time during two shifts a day.
Required qualifications:
* At least 3 years experience as a System Administrator.
* Great knowledge of Asterisk Open Source.
* Good experience with VOIP technology.
* Solid ability in supporting Linux systems.
* Expertise with Java based applications.
* Well developed troubleshooting skills (Hardware & Software).
* Knowledge of storage architecture design techniques, theories, principles, and practices.
* Any experience with telephone support would be a plus.
Other qualifications:
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and end-users.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Good team building skills.
* Negotiation skills preferred.
Main responsibilities include:
* Design system infrastructure.
* Analyze workflow, access, information, and security requirements.
* Respond to trouble calls.
* Perform network administration.
