Endava’s IT Service Management Department have been delivering IT managed services for over 15 years, providing a comprehensive IT service to our large international clients. We now deliver IT services globally into over 30 countries around the world. Our Service Desk interfaces with our technical support centers located in Moldova, Romania and the UK. These operations have a considerable breadth and depth of experience in delivering services to demanding global clients within very mature IT operations, which are aligned with ITILv3 processes and methodologies as recognized industry best practice. These processes are integral to our operations and structured within our service management systems. Endava Moldova was the first organization in Moldova to be ISO certified by the British Standards Institution (BSI), both for Quality Management and Information Security.

Responsabilities:
- Manage normal operation, incident resolution and implement change requests on client’s network devices and systems.
- Process and coordinate in appropriate and timely manner responses to incident and problems, monitoring resolution activity, and keeping clients appraised of progress:
-- Receive and handle requests for support within agreed SLA and procedures;
-- Respond to requests for support providing information to enable issues and problem resolution and promptly allocates unresolved calls as appropriate;
-- Maintain records and prepare reports on actions taken;
- Prepare and perform knowledge transfer for afferent technologies to Network, UNIX and Security virtual team members in the areas required by the business and market.

Required skills:
Technical skills:
- Networking and Communications: proficient with planning and management of the networking systems, LAN and WAN connections, UNIX and Linux gateway, Cisco routers, switches and SAN & NAS storage devices
- Virtualization: proficient with administering and maintenance of XenServer, VMware vSphere
- Operating Systems: proficient with administering and maintenance of wide range of OS (Windows or Linux);
- Phone systems: proficient with planning and management of phone systems both analogue and VoIP based (Asterisk, Mitel and LG)
- Programming Languages: aware of basic scripting languages;

Soft skills:
- Good analytical thinking and information acquisition skills;
- Capable to establish relationships and maintaining contacts with people from a variety of backgrounds. Effective and sensitive communicator in different societies and cultures;
- Familiar with basic customer service techniques;
- Good level of both oral and writing communication skills;
- Proficient in spoken and written English language.
