Responsibilities:
To organize meetings and partner visits
To prepare different reports on a specific period base and ad-hoc
To prepare department consumables needs for office supplies
To carry out a wide range of administrative support activities including record keeping, preparing attendants sheets and other duties as directed
To interact efficiently within the department and with other departments
To forecast the IT equipment needs, access requests in accordance with department recruitment plans
To manage new comers induction needs: access badges, insurances, phone requests
Requirements:
University degree
Proficiency in written and spoken Romanian and English languages.
Knowledge of French or German is considered an advantage.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Self-organized, responsible, fast-learner
Attentive to details, calm, able to prioritize
Good communication and analytical skills
