Supply manager

Acvila Grup is one of the largest business associations in Moldova and the most important player in the carpet industry in the Eastern Europe. It owns 3 major companies which are producing jacquard carpets (Moldabela, known as “Covoare Ungheni”, Incov) and raw materials for carpets (Filatura Ungheni).

Acvila Grup is hiring Supply manager for the head office in Chisinau.

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and contracting suppliers for raw material, spare parts, supplies
- Negotiating contractual terms
- Development of long-term procurement plans
- Development of payment plans
- Suppliers relationship management
- Research for new sources
- Ordering and delivery from suppliers
- Monitoring orders’ deadlines
- Stocks inventory

Requirements:
- Higher education
- Age over 25 years
- Experience in procurement field (min. 2 years)
- Communication and negotiation skills in English
- Knowledge of the business of transportation and logistic
- Team spirit, initiative
- Reliability and result orientation
- Analytical thinking
- Resistance to stress
- PC literacy
