Job requirements:
• University degree: technical (civil construction) and/or economics would be an advantage;
• Minimum 3 years of supply experience;
• Advanced computer literacy;
• Good knowledge of Romanian, Russian and Englsih.
Responsabilities:
• Responsible for identifying and selecting suppliers, negotiating prices, commercial terms and conditions;
• The objective of the position is to obtain materials and service at the lowest cost consistent with considerations to quality, reliability of source and urgency of need for all assigned commodities.
• Incumbent will manage the performance of existing suppliers (quality, delivery, and price), build relationships within the supply chain - both internal and external, and introduce best practices into Supply Department.
• As a member of the Supply Department, the Procurement Specialist must proactively look to develop supply solutions to meet the cost and lead time reduction, product development, and day-to-day production needs of “ASCOM GRUP” S.A. business.
