Study Swedish and work in a Swedish call center!!
- Intensive Swedish language course 3 March – 5 September 2008
- Get employed as a call center operator and start to work in September 2008
Our company (www.samres.se, click for English version) works in the service sector with coordination of transports within Sweden. We have recently opened a new call center, located in central Chisinau with 25 employees working full time.
Our operators answer calls from clients in Sweden. The operator works with a program that coordinates information and automatically sends orders back to our transport partners in Sweden. The working language is always Swedish. There is no selling of anything involved – the job is about helping people to get their transports on time.
The intensive language course starts from beginners level. It will take place in Chisinau and it is free of charge. All course material is also free. It includes a one-week training in Stockholm by the end of the course period.
Good knowledge of English is required to take part in the course. We prefer people with excellent speaking/listening skills. Knowledge of German or some Scandinavian language other than Swedish will be helpful for the student, but it is not necessary.
The intensive language course is a full time occupation (day-time lessons plus homework) and it is intended not to be combined with other work, studies etc. We pay a grant during the course (1300 MDL/month) to facilitate the student’s financial situation.
We search for calm, responsible and dedicated people with a talent for learning languages fast, preferably with an academic degree in foreign languages or similar experience.
Our operators’ salary starts from 4000 MDL and up depending on quality, efficiency and how long you stay in our company.
