Spanish - English Secretary / Teacher

This is an easy job for someone with good English and Spanish.You must speak, read and write Spanish and English.
You must have a very high level of Spanish and English.
Your English and Spanish must be fluent and you will be tested in interview.- You will work from home.
- You will be doing research in Spanish
- You will be phoning and doing research in Spanish/English
- You must be able to use word, explorer and internet research.
- You must be able to translate English to Spanish and Spanish to English
- You will be talking and teaching Spanish using Skype so you will need a good internet connection, good microphone and headphones. This is a job for someone who is very professional, positive and able to achieve targets and deadlines. Teaching 1-2 hours per day.
Full time job 8 hours a day.

The salary is 200-300euros per month depending on performance -meaning if you work well you get 300euro but if you don 't you will get 200euro. Do you accept that?
