Retail Manager
Roles & responsibilities:
You will:
Lead, organize & supervise wholesales activities
Prepare mid-year & year plan in order to develop & execute planed goals, business & financial projects (all in order to
increase retail revenue)
Sell solutions & find new clients in order to generate new business
Develop a strong & constructive relationship with clients
Lead & organize the retail activities, take care of optimization of stocks
Prepare cost calculation & monitor the cost, deal with the reclamations
Develop a reporting process to identify, track, & communicate retail/wholesale progress
Prepare monthly & annual reports & other reports should the Headquarters require them
Manage & supervise the retail/wholesale employees
Job requirements:
University degree in economics or related areas
At least 3 years of experience on the managerial/middle position
Good knowledge of the Moldavian market (opportunities, prices, competitors…)
Clear retail experiences
English, Romanian & Russian knowledge
Very good client service approach..
Personal traits:
Strong leadership & communication skills
Strong sales skills, initiative & independence
Pro-active & punctual working attitude
Looking for opportunities & realizing goals

- прием обработка и отправка корреспонденции,
- осуществление деловой переписки;
- оформление протоколов, распоряжений;
- планирование и подготовка приема посетителей и сотрудников.
