Muume AG (www.muume.com) is an emerging growth company in the field of digital solutions for the retail and consumer industry. We develop and sell standard solutions in this segment, especially for small and medium-sized market participants in Switzerland,Germany and abroad. For the top segment, we work with large international consulting companies and resellers, to which we contribute as a technology provider. We also develop digital solutions and platforms for traditional card providers on their way to digital cards. Muume employs around 30 software engineers at various locations. Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced product manager to lead software developers.



You'll partner with our design, engineering and business teams to build our products. You will be responsible for delivering on critical business deadlines and be part of the success of the company.

With us, you will:

Establishing a product vision and shared set of priorities across the team and the company.
Improve communication
Create new features/business opportunities
Define and prioritise user stories and work with engineering and design to implement and iterate.




Requirements
You have experience on :

Excitement to take company to the next level
Creativity and hands-on mentality to put your ideas into practice
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related fields
5 or more years experience working as a Product Manager or in a related discipline in the digital space
Comfortable working with data and analytics
Ability to communicate with many stakeholders across different parts of the organisation
Build consensus by default, but can drive hard decisions when needed
Excellent English written & spoken
Experience with Agile Product Development Methodology - a plus
