The position will be based in Chisinau and will require occasional delegations.
Responsibilities:
• Keep accounting records on acquisition of goods, completed projects and services provided by internal and external suppliers
• Record, based on invoices, receivables in MDL and foreign currency
• Draft Receivables Report, Intl Supplier Report
• Keep track of fixed assets and engage in calculating their depreciation
• Responsible for the car fleet (insurances, mandates, fines, etc.)
• Check the accounts payable balance
• Responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by superiors and company’s departments
• Responsible for accurately drafting human resources documents
• In charge of payroll and administrative papers
• Plan cash flow and liquidity management; also responsible for external audit
• Responsible with inventory process
• Prepare the preliminary draft budget and the annual budget
• Preparation and presentation of quarterly and annual financial reports
• Responsible for Group Reporting
In respect of the candidate profile:
• Conversational level of English, fluent in Romanian and Russian
• University degree in Economics
• At least 4 years of experience as Snr. Accountant
• Computer skills: MS Office (proficient in Excel)
• Knowledge of the local accounting legislation
• Skilled in using economical knowledge
