Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day project operations, ensure KPI/SLA achievement, analyze performance data, and implement improvements.
Lead the project team: recruitment, onboarding, training, resource planning, and performance oversight.
Maintain strategic communication with the client, participate in business reviews, build strong partnerships, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Develop and execute the long-term project strategy, identify growth opportunities, and optimize workflows.
Collaborate with internal departments (Training, QA, WFM, IT, HR) and ensure clear, transparent communication across all stakeholders.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar leadership role in customer support, e-commerce, ride-hailing, or delivery industries.
Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and owning end-to-end project results.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make effective data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
